My experience with cruises started when I joined the Merchant Navy as an engineer officer when I left school. I went on my first cruise ship in 1978.
Having worked in retail and leisure management for many years since then I combined my previous experience in both customer service and travel in setting up my own business with Go Cruise 15 years ago.
I am married to Clair and together we have been on more than 50 Ocean, River and Exploration cruises giving me the experience to find you your perfect cruise.

My favourite cruise ship..
My favourite cruise ship is the Celebrity Edge.
This ship combines many of my favourite things about Cruising.
The food on board is wonderful and it offers a fantastic range of dining options from the 4 included restaurants and Ocean view cafe to the unique speciality restaurants such as the Magic Carpet and Eden which combines great food and entertainment.
The Edge also has a great range of entertainment onboard including the Theatre, Eden, The Club and Rooftop Garden and many others.
Destination is the most important factor but going there on a fantastic ship such as the Edge makes things even more special

The next destinations on my wish list are cruising around Alaska and a Mississippi river cruise
